We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Home and Garden Ganger. Reporting to Team Leader. This role will Carry out range of task to assist clients in and around their homes.

Does this sound like you?

As a Home & Garden Ganger , you will:

  • Positively lead and guide a small team to deliver effective and efficient services to clients
  • Manage, support and develop staff by assessing and reviewing performance
  • Operate various items of plants including handheld and hand operated machinery  
  • Communicate to clients to ensure work is completed to their satisfaction.
  • Liaise with the office team regarding client request and changing client needs.
  • Lawn mowing, garden maintenance and removal of garden waste.
  • Replacing smoke alarm batteries.
  • Minor household repairs with relevant funding guidelines.

We are looking for someone with:

  • The right to work in Australia.
  • Proof of Covid Vaccination. 
  • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain 
  • A current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/4) and current CPR certificate (HLTAID001.)
  • Current Class 1A Drivers Licence
  • White Card
