About the role.
Reporting to the Scheduling and Administration Manager. This role is responsible for the administration and staff scheduling of Community Care employees. The role will assist with a variety of administration functions. You are the communication link between the organization and clients, carers, and healthcare network.  

What you will bring.

  • High level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to details and can multi-task.
  • Excellent phone mannerism with sympathetic, yet uplifting tone.
  • You are self-motivated, highly organised, disciplined and results orientated.
  • You are a team player but can also work well on your own.
  • Strong people management and negotiation skills.
  • You have experience in similar roles within the health industry.
