We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our home care team at Hills Nursing. Our mission is to help people remain happy and healthy in the comfort of their own home. As a member of our Hills Nursing team, you’ll thrive on providing the highest level of medical and personal care to some of our community’s most vulnerable. As a Enrolled Nurse, you will:
Conduct clinical and personal care duties, with a holistic approach to in-home patient care:
- Provide clinical judgment, creativity and sensitivity to develop care plans that are aligned to the client’s assessed needs
- Monitor chronic and palliative conditions
- Assess wounds and attend to dressings as per the care plan
- Monitor and assist clients to use continents devices and change the IDC and SPC
- Assist with showering, bathing, shaving, dressing, toileting and denture care, and a range of other personal care duties
- Provide a high level of holistic care including social, emotional, spiritual support

You’ll use your initiative and problem-solving skills to conduct assessments, wound care, and monitor care outcomes. Crucially, you’ll do it with a gentle hand and a warm smile.

Our client’s hopes, dreams, and desires were once not too dissimilar to yours. As you’ll be providing clinical care for a wide range of clients with varying needs and abilities, you’ll approach every situation with an open mind and compassionate heart.
To join us, you’ll need:
- Minimum 2 years practicing as an EN
- Experience in Aged Care and Community Home Care customer service skills is desirable
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/4) and current CPR certificate (HLTAID001)
- The right to work in Australia
- A current driver licence, registration and access to your own car with comprehensive car insurance
- National Police Clearance
- Working with Children Clearance (as per state regulations)
