About the role.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Clinical Team Leader will provide professional and technical leadership in the provision of clinical services to the Company’s clients. You will also provide support and leadership to the Registered Staff.
Key Duties.
- Oversee coordination of clinical services
- Act as a consultant and provide clinical advice/ oversight to various stakeholders, promoting a holistic approach to client care.
- Identify areas of mentoring and individual learning for our Clinical team
- Identify and implement areas of opportunity and working practices to best service our clients
- Investigate and report on compliments, suggestions, complaints and incidents from staff and clients
What you will bring.
- Experience working in aged care, community services or disability services
- Registered Nurse - Current AHPRA Registration – 5 years’ experience preferred
- Leadership experience in a similar position
- Strong Clinical skills
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (desirable)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Current NSW Driver’s License
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt work priorities and meet deadlines depending on the needs of the client.
- The ability to work independently and follow process.
- Attention to personal appearance.
- Basic computer skills.
- The ability to work as part of a cohesive team
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
